This workout felt pretty good. After a somewhat longer weekend off of the bells (I ran 5 miles, and biked six on saturday instead of lifting), I was quite happy with these numbers. I was very relaxed and held the best breathing pattern I think I ever have on the ten minute set, and I felt strong through every single rep. Once again, I didn't chalk up, and didn't even have minor discomfort on my hands. Apparently, at least for LC, my grip is vastly improving. Now its dinner time.
